I had Jason Mazzer plumbing and hvac come out to look at my A/C unit as it’s blowing warm air. Sean arrived on time to look at my system. He explained my situation and provided me with options as far as searching for the leak and recharging the system, replacing the condenser and coil etc and the pricing associated with the repair. I opted to get a quote on replacing the whole system as it is an older unit. At this time i am waiting on a quote. Mazzer’s plumbing are professional, persistent and on time. My kitchen sink was clogged and no water was draining. They spent a fair amount of time snaking the drain and cutting into the drain pipe to get better access. They were tackling a huge grease clog that kept on re-forming after it was physically broken down. My mental image is that of the movie “The Blob” as it traveled down the street and through the doors of movie theaters. The clog just kept on seeping through. They then brought in a hose and power washed with hot water the internal aspect of the drain pipe. Remember this was the blob, they repeated the procedure 3 times and got the water flowing through the drain pipe again. They were unbelievably persistent and confident that they would resolve this problem.
Not only did they fix problem and got the water draining better than before, but they left my place cleaner and neater than when they came in. I wonder if they do windows too? I will use Mazzer’s plumbing again and I recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber. Great job guys, and thank you for your help

Dealing with Jason Mazzer Plumbing was an absolute pleasure. I have a large warehouse with a very outdated plumbing system that has been maintained but one of the national chains who really didn't know what they were doing. They had installed a residential sump pump in a commercial space and were happy to keep charging us every time the basin overflowed, which was often. I finally started calling around to find someone that could finally fix our issue and when i described what was wrong nobody wanted anything to do with the job. That was until i found Jason Mazzer plumbing. They came out and met me that night (about 8 pm) to evaluate the issue and really showed me what had been wrong all along. The job was just completed and I now have a warehouse full of happy people who can use the bathrooms without fear of overflows.

The guys came to replace my main valve and hot water heater. If it was just the hot water heater, I would’ve saved the labor costs by doing it myself but I know there are way too many problems that could occur when messing with the water main, especially in a finished basement. The guys were great. They laid a runway of tarps down over my carpet and carpeted basement steps, were extremely neat and courteous in every thing that that did and were quite efficient. I called yesterday at dinner time with this issue and they had my water back up today before dinner time. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services. I’ll be honest, it was more than I wanted to spend (who wants to spend anything unless you need to, and I NEEDED to) but after speaking to two other techs the night before on an emergency visit, then the ladies in the office, I was confident that they would take care of me so I didn’t even try to shop around to save a couple of dollars. Our new tankless water heater/boiler combo wouldn't start after running fine all last winter we immediately contacted our plumber. I have to say that Quentin is the best plumber I’ve come across in my life and I’m 64. He had time to fix the bath drain and then assessed the gas valve issues and the rainwater drainage and came up with no nonsense brilliant solutions which I’ll now pursue with his help. Nothing to hard for his skill set, from a guy I would consider young. I had had five other plumbing and gas people in and they couldn’t really solve a single issue. I’d give Quentin 10 out of 5 stars and hope I get him back to finish the work before I sell the house. A very clear and gifted communicator. Give that guy a raise!

Mazzer installed an underground gas line from my house to the pool heater, more than 90 feet, including hookups to the main supply and heater. The plumber leading the job was outstanding. He was very clear on all explanations, always showed up on time, and they completed the work quickly. Mazzer's price was the best by far vs competing estimates, and there were no surprises in the final bill. Most importantly, the work was flawless. It's not easy to find a good, trustworthy plumber, but I did in Mazzer.

Our bedroom mini split AC unit was leaking, draining inside the house instead of out through the drainage hose. After seeing the high review ratings on Google and speaking with Rebecca in the office who was extremely pleasant, I mad an appt. Erik was the HVAC technician who arrived. Not only was he super cordial and personable, but obviously experienced and knowledgeable. He set to work, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. He tested the repair before leaving and made sure AC unit was working properly before he left. Super reasonable repair cost as well! Highly recommend this company. I’ve been trying to find a quality plumber for years and finally did with Mazzer. They always get a tech out to assess/address the problem quickly and they are beyond thorough. They always leave the place as clean as they found it which has not been the case with every other plumber I’ve used. They stay and test all of their work and on top of it all- they are very reasonably priced.

I’ve been using Mazzer for almost a year now and have nothing but wonderful things to say. I signed up for their hvac/ac care package, which has them come out twice a year to do a check up on my systems. They even text me to remind me to make the appointment. I also had them replace our water heater and our hvac humidifier, and they were quick and efficient, and my both systems have worked flawlessly since. The ease of mind of having the Mazzer team checking in on these major appliances has been absolutely worth it!

Took him about a half hour to diagnose where it was. Was a cast iron steel pipe. Replaced it with PVC without doing that much damage to exterior or exterior.

I used Mazzer Plumbing for the first time when we had an emergency. They responded quickly and diagnosed what was needed to be done. The first day we had a solo plumber. The second day a group of plumbers showed up at EXACTLY the time they said they would. They worked like a well oiled machine. Given that I had a gas leak detected by PSEG, Jason Mazer plumbing sent a seasoned plumber and helper to make sure my job was done properly. They were able to detect the leak immediately and fix it at a very reasonable price. They also checked my hot water heater and boiler to make sure they were both working properly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs outstanding plumbing services.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and after trouble shooting with the usual tactics (plunger, drano, snake, 15ft hand held crank snake), I had Jason Mazzer Plumbing come out. They were able to send someone within 24 hours. They showed up in the window they said they would by a tech named Quentin who was respectful, fast, explained what he was doing and where he found the issue. After using an industrial drill snake, he was able to loosen the clog and wrapped up, leaving the space clean, double checking before he left that he resolved the issue fully. Their service fee was reasonable, and I appreciated the text I got prior to the arrival of the technician with a picture of him, his name and a little about his experience and hobbies. I live in a VERY OLD house with a very old boiler, that seems to break down every year despite my calling for annual service/PSEG visits etc. Shawn and Pawel showed up exactly on-time, the work was done exactly in the amount of time predicted and for the first time since I have lived in this house, the tech clearly explained to me what was going on and why it got to the point it had. I live in an older building with cast-iron plumbing as a part of the infrastructure. My downstairs neighbor complained about a problem (leak) in his bathroom ceiling, which typically means a problem with the toilet and or the plumbing associated with the toilet. Eric and Manny had an appointment for between 9AM and 11 and they showed up at 8:50 AM and proceeded to investigate, discover that the problem was larger than we expected. Their demolition work in our neighbor’s ceiling was extensive. They did a great job. They replaced the lead bend and reinstalled the toilet in our bathroom all in less than 4 1/2 hours. I highly recommend Mazzer Plumbing for your plumbing jobs.

This time they came in February for a repair in a different apartment and as always were courteous and efficient and neat. I am recommending them to other neighbors as well.

Even though it was pricey and on a weekend, I have to say these guys were awesome! Super efficient and made sure the job was done right. The first tech couldn’t find the problem at first, but they didn’t give up—they kept at it until they found the issue and fixed it that same night.
They even followed up the next day to make sure the toilet was reinstalled properly.
The technician was really pleasant and determined to get it right. He took his time checking everything, and once he heated the pipe and unclogged it, you could hear the clear flow—even after snaking almost 80 feet!
The office staff were great too—quick to answer calls and helpful in explaining everything. Overall, I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

Our sewer ejector pump malfunctioned, continually running, and we thought it needed to be replaced. The Technician, Pawel, was very respectful, thorough, professional and diagnosed the issue and the Check Valve was locked. He explained and fixed the issue, cleaned up. He did a great job.

Had a leak in my shower that slowly came through the family room ceiling. Been trying to fix it for years with multiple people. Mazzer fixed my leaky shower and then fixed the pipes below. First time in 10 years there is no leak. And they did it quickly for a reasonable price. Wish I found them sooner!

Pavel did an excellent job with all my plumbing problems. He replaced a corroded pipe that was leaking, thoroughly cleaned my furnace boiler, replaced bathroom sink faucets, and fixed my bathroom shower. He was considerate, efficient, and an accomplished plumber. I recommend him highly.

Pawel Bzdyra was great and took care of my situation. He was very knowledgeable and did the job correctly. Him and his partner drained down the boiler, replaced the storage tank with a brand new Triangle Tube Smart 60 replaced the 1/2" pressure fill valve,tee and and 1-1/4" Spiro vent. They also ran into a problem where the circulator pump to a boiler stopped working and they replaced that as well. I was very happy with the service and will definitely be using them again. It’s never cheap to fix anything but nothing is cheap now a days. So the price was decently fair for the job. If you want it done the right way with good quality work go with Mazzer. Also the water heater I got is a high quality one as well so it was well worth it!!

My pipe on the outside of my house burst. I was told by the young lady that I spoke to over the phone that they will be by me between the time I call and 1 pm. The plumber came before 10am. There names were Pawel and Kevin. They explained everything that they were doing. They even find another leak and fix it for me. What also impress me about Pawel and Kevin is that snow was on the ground and my floor was getting wet. I told them not to worry about my floor just fix the pipe for me. They did am amazing job, and they even clean up my floor even though i told them that it's ok. Whenever I call Mazzer again I will surely request them. Thank you Kevin a Pawel for an awesome

One of my pipes froze and begin leaking on top of my kitchen cabinets. The service was absolutely amazing and there was minimal damage left from having to cut open into my cabinets. Everything was also clean once the work was done. I highly recommend this company.

I live across the country when my dad called me as a pipe burst and he couldn't find a plumber that could help. I was referred over to Mazzer Plumbing and the woman I spoke to was so kind and helpful, and understood the situation and urgency. Despite the madness of work to get done with the weather, they were able to help us out. Within two hours of getting the phone call from my dad (it felt almost immediately) Anthony & another tech were at the house.

My first experience with Mazzer plumbing was in December 2025. They were recommended by a neighbor. My sump pump was running nonstop and creating a lot of steam. Although it was evening, Pawel came immediately. He assessed the problem, replaced the pump and cleared the clog in the discharge pipe. I was very pleased and grateful!
